Professional or employment-related information — employer, job title, and information You submit when applying for a role with Us. Sources: You. Purpose: business-to-business marketing and recruitment. Disclosed to: Service Providers.
Inferences — profiles drawn from the above reflecting preferences and characteristics, used to identify businesses likely to be interested in our services. Sources: derived internally and from advertising partners. Purpose: marketing. Disclosed to: advertising partners.

We do not knowingly collect Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about You, and We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those permitted without a right to limit under applicable law.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Our retention periods are determined by the following criteria:

Enquiry and contact records — retained for up to twenty-four (24) months following our last substantive communication with You.
Client and contractual records — retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven (7) years afterwards, to meet tax, accounting and legal recordkeeping obligations.
Recruitment records — retained for up to twelve (12) months following a hiring decision, unless You consent to a longer period so that We may consider You for future roles.
Usage Data and advertising identifiers — retained for up to twenty-six (26) months from collection.
Marketing preferences and suppression lists — retained indefinitely, so that We can continue to honor Your opt-out.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your Privacy Choices

Anatta is a small business. We do not meet the applicability thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act or of most other United States state privacy laws: our annual revenue is below the statutory threshold, we do not derive revenue from selling Personal Data, and we do not process the Personal Data of the number of consumers those laws require before they apply.

We nonetheless offer the following choices to everyone, as a matter of practice rather than because a statute compels it. Where a state privacy law does apply to Us, You keep every right that law gives You, and nothing in this section limits it.

Choices We offer

Opt out of advertising cookies and data sharing. Use the cookie banner or the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page. This is the control that governs the advertising activity described above.
Ask what We hold about You. We will tell You the categories of Personal Data We hold and where it came from.
Ask Us to correct or delete it. We will do so unless We have a legal reason to keep it, in which case We will tell You what that reason is.
Opt out of marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to Us. We keep a suppression list so that Your opt-out sticks.

Global Privacy Control and Other Opt-Out Preference Signals

We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), that You transmit through Your browser or a browser extension. When We detect such a signal We turn off advertising cookies and the associated data sharing for that browser, and We do not ask You to confirm it. Because the signal is tied to the browser You are using, it will not carry across to other browsers or devices.

Your Rights in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

We do not offer goods or services to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and We do not target our marketing there. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions
